General Terms and Conditions

1. A deposit of £150 per booking is required and is non-refundable. The balance of payment for hire is payable 28 days prior to the wedding.

2. A cancellation is only acceptable in writing. The full outstanding balance is payable if a cancellation is received less than 7 days before the wedding.

3. A confirmation letter will be sent out with a request for the balance of payment 5 weeks before the wedding. This will confirm details of the itinerary as given at the time of booking or any written changes. We will not be liable for any changes to this itinerary unless we have been informed in writing.

4. Passengers are required to wear seat belts where fitted.  

For the Jaguar, we can supply a car seat for children weighing 9 Kg to 18 Kg  (from approx 9 months) and a booster seat suitable for children weighing between 15 Kg. and 36 Kg (approx 3 years to 12 year old).      

Children over 12 years must wear a seat belt where fitted.

5. In the unlikely event that we are unable to complete the booking for reasons beyond our control an alternative vehicle/s may be supplied. Beyond this we will not be liable.

6. Although we will endeavour to meet deadlines we accept no responsibility for any delays, however caused.

7. No responsibility will be accepted for restrictions relating to vehicle access to any location.

8. Although we will take every care, no responsibility will be accepted for any loss or damage to personal property or luggage.

9. For the consideration of other clients smoking is not permitted in our vehicles.
